Read this before relying on anything Okidor shows you.

Okidor is not investment advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are the decision-maker. Every decision you take, and its consequences, are yours.

What Okidor does

You write down why you own a company and what would change your mind. When that company files with the SEC or holds an earnings call, Okidor evaluates that document against the reasoning you wrote and tells you whether anything material moved.

It is a record-keeping and review tool. Its purpose is to keep you honest about your own stated reasoning, not to form a view on your behalf.

What Okidor is not

It is not a broker, an adviser, a stock screener, a stock picker, a signal service, or a news feed. It does not generate price targets, and it will not tell you what to buy. It does not consider your financial position, tax situation, time horizon, or risk tolerance, and nothing it produces is personalised to your circumstances.

Audits are AI-generated and can be wrong

Audit content is produced by an automated system using large language models reading SEC filings, earnings transcripts and news reports. That system can misread a document, miss something important, or state something inaccurate. Verify anything that matters against the source filing — every audit links to it, and every claim carries a quotation so you can check it yourself.

Deterministic checks (for example, whether a margin fell below a threshold you set) are computed arithmetically from XBRL data. That data can itself be restated, delayed, or absent, in which case the check is reported as not evaluable rather than assumed to have passed.

A status such as “Thesis holds” means only that the system found no evidence in that document contradicting what you wrote. It is not a judgement about the company, its valuation, or its prospects.

Data sources and timeliness

Company data comes from SEC EDGAR and third-party transcript providers. Okidor does not control those sources and cannot guarantee they are complete, accurate, or up to date. Filings may be processed with a delay, and coverage is currently limited to US-listed companies.

No liability

Okidor is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of the product or reliance on its output.
